I love this calming, relaxing tea just before bedtime. Some of the benefits of turmeric tea are as an anti-inflammatory, an antioxidant and mild anesthetic to help soothe sore stiff joints and other inflammatory conditions like psoriasis and Chrohn’s disease.
- desiccated coconut
- fennel seeds
- cayenne Pepper
- black pepper
Method to brew your tea:
- add one heaped teaspoon of the tea blend to a cup of boiling water
- cover and infuse for 5 minutes
- sip this excellent ayurvedic tea blend with a a slice of lemon and raw honey to taste
