Make your own massage oil by following these easy steps
Easy routine for relaxing face massage:
- apply massage oil to palm of the hand covering each finger as you gently rub palms together
- start with palms stroking from the middle of the forehead out to the sides – three times
- then the eyes – massage lightly with finger tips in a big circle clockwise, then anti clockwise around the eyes ( repeat three times each)
- point in the corner of the eye – press and release three times
- on cheek bone beneath the eye – press and release three times
- apply more oil to the palms of your hands rub together gently
- now massage the whole face, from jar to forehead, in an upwards direction; then over your head into your hair, over the back of your head – three times
- place two fingers on the jaw bone where upper jar meets lower jar – massage clock wise then anti clock wise three times each
Affirmation whilst doing this ritual of loving yourself:
