- take a good hard look at your lifestyle to reduce stress
- go to your nearest health food store and buy the big bottle of Swedish Bitters
- complete rest is required
- make sure your body is receiving are quality sleep
Directions of use:
- take one teaspoon of Swedish Bitters in a little water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and last thing at night
- take a cotton wool facial pad and dab neat topically on any affected areas of the skin.
