In this section of recipes I would like to share with you the  amazing experience I have had working, observing, helping in the kitchen, photographing, dining  and listening to Master Chef, Rob Rayney who did his training in London with the Roux brothers. Leading international  French cuisine three star Michelin restaurateurs.

When I asked Rob if he added chilli to a particular recipe he looked at me indignantly and said: ” Chillies! Never in French cooking ever!”

He continued: “Never burn anything!”
