The best salad dressing ever!
This simple recipe is a classic by courtesy of Master Chef Rob Rayney.
6 T extra virgin olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
1 heaped t Dijon mustard
1 T white wine vinegar
- mix all ingredients together except the oil.
- beat with whisk
- add oil slowly
- You can add chopped shallots or crushed garlic if you like
Make it and use. The French do not store vinrgarette.
