Organic Coconut Popcorn

How to make healthy popcorn


  • coconut oil
  • organic popcorn
  • Himalayan salt
  • turmeric and freshly ground black pepper
  • optional –  cayenne pepper


  1. heat the coconut oil
  2. cover the bottom of the pan with popcorn
  3. put the lid on immediately
  4. allow it to pop
  5. give a good shake
  6. spoon the steaming hot popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle with Himalayan salt,a pinch of turmeric and freshly ground pepper
  7. a pinch of cayenne pepper is optional
  8. have fun, experiment with other herbs and spices –  NO SUGAR
