How to make healthy popcorn
Ingredients:
- coconut oil
- organic popcorn
- Himalayan salt
- turmeric and freshly ground black pepper
- optional – cayenne pepper
Method
- heat the coconut oil
- cover the bottom of the pan with popcorn
- put the lid on immediately
- allow it to pop
- give a good shake
- spoon the steaming hot popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle with Himalayan salt,a pinch of turmeric and freshly ground pepper
- a pinch of cayenne pepper is optional
- have fun, experiment with other herbs and spices – NO SUGAR
