I learned to make this yummy dish when visiting China from May Sun.

Benefits of eating chilies:
- boosts immunity
- fights inflammation
- helps relieve pain
- clears congestion
- assists cardiovascular function
- helps stop the spread of prostate cancer
- prevents stomach ulcers
- lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes
Ingredients:
- soya bean (we pulled them from the fields but one packet off frozen beans will work)
- 2 chilies
- 2 desert spoons Sichuan oil with Sichuan peppers
- water to cover
- 3 cloves of garlic
Method:
- bring beans to the boil simmer for 10 minutes
- transfer beans and water to blender
- add chilies (seeds and all) and oil
- blend till smooth
- In hot wok with coconut oil add garlic through the press cook for 1 minute
- add soya mixtyre cook for 1 minute on high
- add chopped chives / garlic chives / shallots whatever is to hand
- Serve hot or warm as soup or dip
